    pBAD/ Myc-HisA Description

    Pbad/his and Pbad/myc-his carrier is derived from pBR322 carrier. The carrier is designed to regulate, dose-dependent expression and purify recombinant protein in Escherichia coli. The level of soluble expression of recombinant Escherichia coli protein was enhanced with E. coli Arabad promoter (PBAD). The regulatory protein Arac on the pbad/his and pbad/myc his vectors can regulate the PBAD promoter.
