Introduction
Protein Extraction Reagent is for total protein extraction from mammalian tissue samples and cells. The reagent is mild, requires minimal amount of detergent for cell lysis, and the detergent is dialyzable. The simple composition of this reagent is compatible with many different applications, such as reporter assays (e.g. PKA, PKC, and tyrosine kinase), immunoassays (e.g. Westrenblots, ELISAs, RIAs) and Protein extraction. Additionally the reagent is compatible with standard protein assays such as BCA and Bradford Assays.
