      无表面活性剂的动物细胞/组织总蛋白提取试剂盒，由优化细胞裂解液和0.6 ml离心管柱组成，能够迅速从动物细胞（昆虫/哺乳动物等）和组织（无脊椎动物和脊椎动物）中提取无表面活性剂的总蛋白。试剂盒中的裂解液不含任何表面活性剂和EDTA。离心管柱技术提取蛋白质，样品量最小可处理20ul，ZD可达500ul。从细胞/组织中提取总蛋白质操作时间小于5分钟，得率可达1-5mg/ml。

提取的蛋白质样品可以应用于蛋白质组学（液相色谱/质谱），IP，ELISA，2D分析，等电聚焦，SDS-PAGE, immunoblottings等。
