• 产品描述：动物细胞/组织总蛋白提取试剂盒，由优化细胞裂解液和0.6ml离心管柱组成，能够迅速从动物细胞和组织(无脊椎动物和脊椎动物)中提取总蛋白，用于蛋白质分析和进一步纯化。试剂盒同时提供天然和变性两种不同的裂解液，可供用户选择。离心管柱技术提取蛋白质，样品量最小可处理20ul，ZD可达500ul。从细胞/组织中提取总蛋白质仅需1-8分钟。提取的蛋白质样品可以应用于蛋白质分析和小规模蛋白层析纯化。
• 应用：本试剂盒可以快速从无脊椎动物和脊椎动物培养的细胞和组织中分提取总蛋白，可应用于SDS-PAGE, immunoblottings, ELISA, IP,酶活性检测等其他应用。
