2.4 GHz Integrated Balun Probe

 

 

This is an example of one of a 2.4 GHz 100 ohm Integrated Balun that incorporates a 50 ohm unbalanced to 100 ohm balanced differential transformer. This probe is also available in 50 ohm unbalanced to 50 ohm differential ａnd 50 ohm unbalanced to 200 ohm differential. 

Other performance features include: individually spring loaded Beryllium-Copper or optional Tungsten tips which provide reliable contacts even when probing non-planar structures; direct viewing of probe tips for accurate positioning; ａnd can be designed to almost any pitch ａnd footprint. GGB射频探针选型

 

 

 

以下以40A高频探针为例：

40A-GSG-150-P-W

 

40A 指的是探针测试的频率能力，40A代表此探针可测试到 40GHz            （40M为超低损耗探针）

 

GSG 指的是探针对应的电极数量，可选GSG,GS,SG几种形状。还有多个探针组合的可看dual选型方法

 

150 指的是探针脚间距，G和S间的距离；间距可从25um到2540um可选

 

P   指的是探针头的接头形状，共有12种结构

 

W  指的的是探针针尖的材料，W是钨钢，标准的为铍铜
