1.9 GHz Integrated Balun Probe
| This is an example of one of a 1.9 GHz 100 ohm Integrated Balun Probe that incorporates a 50 ohm unbalanced to 100 ohm balanced differential transformer. This probe is also available in 50 ohm unbalanced to 50 ohm differential ａnd 50 ohm unbalanced to 200 ohm differential. Other performance features include: individually spring loaded Beryllium-Copper or optional Tungsten tips which provide reliable contacts even when probing non-planar structures; direct viewing of probe tips for accurate positioning; ａnd can be designed to almost any pitch ａnd footprint.
